The transaction is made via a secure site with different firewalls between Ogone and the buyer. Neither we, nor any third parties get to see your card number or other information. Ogone verifies the validity of your card, card number and access rights of your credit card and gives a message to us if everything is in order and the payment will be made. Your order will be confirmed and immediately transferred to dispatch.
2. PAYMENT OPTIONS
At Fool de Wool, you can choose from the following payment options: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bancontact/Mister Cash, IDEAL, Paypal and bank transfer.
- If you choose Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bancontact/Mister Cash, Paypal or IDEAL you will receive 3 emails after your order:
- an e-mail from the Fool Wool confirming your order - an e-mail from the services of Ogone with the message if the payment transaction was successful or not - an e-mail when your order is shipped, with the track & trace code.
- If you prefer not to pay online, you can also pay by bank transfer. After your order you will receive from us an email confirmation with all payment details. You then have 7 days to transfer the amount to account BE42 7360 2046 6054 (quoting your order number). Once we have received payment, we will dispatch your package. You will receive an email when your order is shipped, with the track & trace code.
If we do not receive payment within seven days after the order, we will send you a reminder. Without response within 3 days, your order will be canceled and the items will be placed in the store again.
