We always try to process your order as soon as possible.
As soon as the goods have been dispatched we will send you an e-mail.
The courier of Bpost will present the package and ask you to sign for receipt. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note (looking like a registered mail note) in your mailbox with which you can ask for a second delivery or collect your package at the nearest post office. The package will be held at the post office for two weeks, before it is returned to Fool de Wool.
You can always choose for a delivery to an address other than your home address. Our courier delivers usually between 9 and 17h.
The table below gives you an overview of the shipping costs per country and the approximate delivery term.
These estimated delivery times are merely an indication. They are not binding. Delay in delivery cannot constitute a motive for cancelling an order or claiming compensation, unless the delay was deliberate.
Unless differently stated, transport and delivery costs are not included in the price of the product. Transport and delivery costs will be mentioned separately.
International shipments outside the European Union could have some duties and taxes once the shipment reaches the delivery country. Fool de Wool cannot control or predict these charges, therefore it is our customer responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance.
If exceptionally the regular delivery time has been exceeded, you can contact Fool de Wool by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will trace the package for you. The orders are treated with the utmost care and the delivered products are supposed to be delivered in good condition. Please note: we are not responsible for wrong delivery addresses and any additional costs involved will be charged.
Orders placed and paid on a working day before 12h, are shipped the same day!

2. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
It is always possible that a purchase is not as expected, that the articles you have ordered turn out too small or too large or that you find on arrival that the articles are damaged. In all these cases, you can exchange or return your purchase.
You should always notify us in writing (by e-mail to email@example.com) within 14 calendar days as from the day following delivery. Let us know if it is an exchange or a return. State the order number and the reason of return (too big, too small, damaged, not as expected,...) Exchanges or returns that have not been notified in advance are NOT refunded!
Send the piece unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging with all labels and tags. (Note: Underwear is not exchangeable for hygienic reasons).
We will send you a new article (if the item is still in stock) or refund the returned item back within 10 days after receipt of the return. Shipping costs made by us or by you, are not refundable, so you receive the purchase price minus the amount of the shipping costs.

The return shipping is at your own risk. We recommend using an insured delivery so a signature is required upon delivery.
For exchange/return orders outside EU, please always mention 'return' outside of the package and mark the return box on your customs declaration form. This to avoid import duties for Fool de Wool on the returned products. Return or exchange parcels without the return notice and with custom charges, will not be accepted and not be payed by Fool de Wool. All custom charges are for your own account.
